Led by Guy Brocklehurst, who has played a key role in enabling government funding for over 2,500 affordable homes across New Zealand, we bring a unique mix of sector insight, commercial pragmatism, and trusted relationships across government, iwi, and the development sector.
With expertise spans funding, planning, development, and delivery. We work alongside Community Housing Providers, not-for-profits entities, iwi, developers, and government to provide tailored advice and practical solutions.
